Investor Relations

Dear Shareholder,
Once again, we have some good news about your Bank. We have just completed the purchase of the corporate office building located at 4424 Vogel Road. This location will become our permanent East Side banking center.
We explored several options in our search for a permanent corporate banking office. Both as your Bank's President, and as a shareholder, I believe that this property provides the best solution for the long-term facility requirements of the Bank of Evansville.
The four-story Eastland Executive Park Building is located directly across Vogel Road from Eastland Mall. The property is considered by some to be a landmark location and is situated in the heart of the east side commercial area. This is an exceptional opportunity in that this building will provide the Bank of Evansville with a first-class professional image and allow us to expand client services as additional opportunities arise.
When we move into the new building - which should be later on this year - we will occupy all of the building's first floor and a portion of the fourth floor. Prior to moving in, we plan to make renovations to both the exterior and interior of the building, including the addition of a state-of-the-art drive-through facility. Of the 34,400 square feet available for office space, over 30,000 square feet, including the space to be occupied by the bank, has already been leased. With the Bank of Evansville as the anchor in this property, we expect this location to become one of the most desirable professional buildings on the east side. Our commitment is to make this property a "premier professional building".
The most important news for you as a shareholder is that this acquisition should enhance your shareholder value. This new building will allow Bank of Evansville to focus on market opportunities and client service in a cost-effective manner.
The directors, management, and staff are working hard to make the Bank of Evansville a very strong and successful participant in the Evansville financial market. As always, I thank you for your investment and continued support. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Thomas L. Austerman
President and Chief Executive Officer
