Literally. Introducing Bank By Courier, an innovative new service made possible by your friends at Bank of Evansville. Since many of our clients are busy professionals and business owners, we've considered the numerous demands on your time. So we're making banking more convenient for you. We do this through Banking by Courier, a service unique to the Evansville community. With a simple call, you can trust a professional bank courier to pick up and deliver your deposits, withdrawals, receipts, application forms and more. Basic Checking Account and Relationship Checking Account For Information on our business checking accounts, please contact Rob Apple or one of our Relationship Bankers at 812-962-2265. Paycheck Direct - Packaged Employer Programs For Employees All employees with a Bank of Evansville business checking account will be able to offer the following package to their employees: Checking Account Direct deposit of payroll is required to open this account. There will be no service charge and unlimited check writing abilities. This is an interest bearing checking account. Images of checks are returned with statement. Free one signature travelers checks, cashiers checks, money orders and notary service. All BOE ATM withdrawals are free of charge. $25 Maximum ATM surcharge fees reimbursed per statement cycle. Interest will be calculated on the collected balance (no minimum), simple interest calculation, accrue daily and paid monthly. Account will be subject to all common checking account fees. Upon termination of employment will revert to a Interest Checking Account. See current deposit rates. Non-Profit Checking Account First Two (2) Accounts Minimum balance to open the account is $50.00. This is a non-interest bearing checking account. No minimum balance requirement, no monthly service fees with unlimited check writing abilities. Images of checks are returned with statement. Account is subject to all common checking account fees. Third Account and Over Minimum balance to open the account is $50.00. This is a non-interest bearing checking account. To avoid the monthly service fee of $7.50 one of the following must be maintained:
$2,500 average balance Cash Management Services Using internet business cash management services, Bank of Evansville commercial clients are able to optimize the use of their available cash. They can do all of their normal business transactions online as well as have the ability to originate ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions online, set up sweep accounts, download statements, stop payments, or bill payments online. The cash management system also enables the business administrator to keep their accounts completely secure by limiting access to key individuals. In addition to these services, Bank of Evansville offers businesses merchant processing services for their credit card purchases, personal courier services, and escrow services for certain professional businesses. The escrow service is available to law firms, real estate brokers, title companies, and others. It gives these professional businesses the ability to receive interest on funds that are being held until closings or settlements take place. eStatements Using eStatements is easy, confidential and safe. Customers receive eStatements before 3pm the next business day following the statement date and receive notification once they have been delivered. They are deliverable to three separate e-mail addresses with no extra charge and will remain in mailbox for 60 days, fully printable and easy to save and retrieve. Save to "My Safe" (billable option) storage blocks may be purchased for $5 per 50 mb of secure storage or 50 secure messaging deliveries. With eStatements, there are no bulky paper statements to file and they will never get lost in the mail. Images of all items, including deposited items and checks, are available on CD-ROM.
